At this time qualified commercial users can apply for seed money to help defray processing cost at MMF. Supported by a Montana MBRCT award grants not to exceed $4,000 are available for a limited number of users. These grants are intended for users that do not have existing funding for work at this facility.

Academic Users

To gain access to the Montana Microfabrication Facility a Project Request form is required. Before work at MMF can begin a review of the proposal is required to determine the project suitability at MMF. The project proposal form also provides necessary information to establish an account with the MMF for billing. Each user on a project is also required to fill out a user information form.
